CHURCH HISTORY AND THE BEGINNING
Am paster david serunkuma sebunza. On Sunday 20th may 2001,I accepted jesus christ as my lord and sevior at Miracle centre Cathedralat Rubaga, one of the surbs of kampala city, the capital of uganda .And I joined Nateete victory church which became my local church.
At the closure of the fasting programe an overwhelming desire, thisty and hunger to serve the lord in the vineyard engulfed me.God given vision comes with a divine drive. It creates strong desire and passion.{isa.6;7-8}
This is the story of the birthing of Heavenly Embassy church Through I had conceived and was pregnant with this undeniable fire of the lord, I had no people to minister to, or a place to minister in.{vision focuses your life and pursuit. It empowers you to see a desired tomorrow}.phil.2;13amp. Therefore initally ibegan by preaching to the banana plantations located at my grandmothers home, where I was staying. Daily I would preach energetic messages of slavion and the truht of the kingdom of God to these silent listeners and witnesses. The swayed often by the touch of the breeze as if in acknowledgement of my words, as though they believed and saw far into the future I desperately wanted to beehold, people saved, an army of God.{1cor.2;9} This truly was my EZEKIEL 37 experience. Could these banana plantations ever become living biengs, what a vast arm? {vision is the unique fingerprint of God for your ministry,the picture you must have in the arena of your heart,of a preferred destination}. JER.1;10-11.
Neighbours near the home often were astounded at seeming madness, ayoung man preaching to banana plantations everyday.they sympathized with my grandmother, often saying to her, hope the God he loves so much one day will help him out of that cynical pronouncements would bring forth friut,but none like anticipated.{vision will spaek of your destiny and not lie}heb 2;3. One day returnig to the house from my daily routine of {banana plantations, I found granndmother with a visit.{God willplant you in circmstances which will bring out your potential}. Grandmother introduced meto her visitor.i want you to realize that though my grandmother is Godfrearing,she often doubting the validity what I was doing. Nevertheless, she was proud of the fact that all my actions portrayed a God fearing grandson. The lady was suffering from tuberclosis, she couldnot puy on shoes.I was perturbed by this.The n I leant that she had sores on her legs and always flet unbearable heat in legs, which caused her feet to be swollen, making it almost impossible for her to put on sheos.
My grandmams words used to introduce me enticed the visitor {her name was Florence} to ask me to pray for her ailments. {vision increases your hope and faith level}. I prayed for her with my banana plantation faith for almost the rest of the day. Although no immediate physical manfastation of healing was seen, she went home believing for a miracle. The nextday, Florence the visitor returned and she tlod us she had been to her doctor who discontinued her prescribed medication. She confessed that she was free from the TB and also she could put on shoes.
After that miracle I got the zeal of seeking Gods face the more. One day the spirit of the lord led me to Victory christian centre {Ndeebaof pr Joseph and freda serwada}. ON reaching there, they announced about the beging of the Bible school term in Feb 2002 and I flet agreat conviction inside of me that this was my divine opportunity which of course ishoud not miss.In September of 2002 I was offered advanced certifiate by the Victory college of ministry {the an affiliated school of the international Bible institute of London} Thruogh Pr Freda serwada.this the phot when am receiving the certificate. k
And in 2004 i jioned Miracle Bible college for the Diproma couse and in December 2004 i was offered with adiproma thrugh our dear principal and president {PR Robert Kayanja and Pr Edward Lubwama}.

As I came out of the Bible school the Holy Ghost fire that makes us witnesses (Acts 1:8) increased in me the more. just to find that my dear grand ma was busy testifying about the first miracle of Florence every where and every time .All over sudden another woman invited me and she told me that she had a daughter who wets the bed every night and she will dull in class and was rejected .She took me to the school where her daughter studded I prayed for her and after a little while a testimony was given
The daughter had stopped bed wetting, she was now favored in school and she performed very well in class from then.
""Vision fires you up to solve certain problems.""(Esther 4:14)
This new also went on testifying to others what God had done for her daughter and she secured for me another "ministering " appointments .on reaching there, I found business lady, running a bar, whose land and house were in process of being stolen by her in laws .I still property was recovered .As a result she accepted Jesus as her business immediately
One day, I was invited in the same place and there was a gathering of people waiting former, fellowship begging right in the bar. "The demand of people put on you ",
Ministered to these people from then every Wednesday we gathered and had prayers and the word of God in this lady's bar.
Now the banana trees were having laughs there are things in your small beginning that are indicative of your latter end.' This lady would lock up the bar with all drunkards inside and I the gospel was preached and there was power to save and change lives, with my banana faith fervency
Amazingly some people got saved one of the drunkards in the same bar a lady who had high blood pressure; I prayed for her with my banana plantation faith and she was immediately healed.
This healed the lady took me to her mother who had gone to all kind of mediums and traditional doctor , but her problem had never been solved The demon of her late husband used to have sex with her every night from 1982 until 2002 .She had done all she could to get rid of the demon but failed . I therefore prayed for her in the name of Jesus wish my banana plantation faith.
"Your great breaking is locked up in the problems you solve for other.” Actually for a while the demons would mock me and despise me saying that they are not leaving her. But the lady continued testifying that whenever I prayed she could see her late husband's demon leaving. Finally the demon gave up came out of her and she is now totally delivered from fear, pressure, and lack of sleep in the night in the name of our Lord Jesus. Glory is to God!
This testimony connected me to a lady who never had a job and when I went to t the church to pray for her I met a younger girl of a bout 10 year who was infected with HIV / AIDS she had failed to grow her hair had depend almost to the bone and her growth was stunted . When I prayed for jobless and she had got it I was invited to be praying for this younger girl too "What you do with other people 's dreams determines what happens to yours I was given Wednesday and Friday to go this home , As a result to this home become a permanent fellowship which was establish confirmed in 2002

Pr Jamada Kikomeko became such a great pastor and spiritual father to me that I felt free to tell him my life details and all spiritual progress .There fore , I would seek his advice on every step I was about to take both in my personal life and ministry" Appointment hour should help you towards your intended goal "
(Prov. 13:20) what a great challenging spiritual dad and mentor God give me though all my trial and successes I would take reposts about all fellowships and meetings to him for advice " recognize the appointment worth waiting for and go repaired "
On January 1 2005 I went to wish him a blessed and prosperous year and informing him as usual about the progress of Heavenly Embassy Ministries. I clearly remember that day, when I was speaking to him .Pastor Jamada keenly looked at me like wise spiritual dad and a good shepherd and then said" you are going to create" war" with other pastors around Busega ." According to the speedy growth of that Heavenly Embassy Ministries at Busega, it is wised to declare it a Church so that every person know that it is church immediately he speaks that God confirmed my call .When I went back to Busega, we prayed after I reported and discussed this development with my team
On 13 march 2005, it was declared as a church and dully called Heavenly Embassy Ministries. After declaring it a Church, the family that had hosted the fellowship fully offered their sitting room for full operation of all Church activities as we desired
CHAPTER 2
HE MAKES IT ALL BEAUTIFUL IN TIME.....
When it was decided that fellowship becomes Church , I informed my dear Pastor , Jamada Kikomeko of our progress , and he promised me ,he would help hold church , and opening crusade , this give me a strength and courage to do God's work with old determination . Remember, all that fellowship members had good church they used to go to, and they were dedicated members in those churches.
As for that fact, I never expected any of them to live such developed church tone that was simply beginning.
All my hope was in Jesus, strongly hoping in this expectant cursed to bring the fist flock for me to pastor.
To my greatest disappointment my dear pastor got so busy to ever attend the cursed. However this comment caused him to assign brethren ministers to stand me for him, cursed.
The cursed which I had expected to be powerful one ended up being an open air fellowship for three days God is so faithful , in this open air meeting ; still three people got saved of which , one was simply passing by!
On the closing day of the cursed, that is Saturday evening, I began to mobilize some people (fellow brethren) to attend the first services of this new church. Most of them had commitments and I thought we were not all committed in my own understandings; I started to wonder where the frank is to come from
However , air still expected the first Sunday to be so vigorous in that , even if people should not attend at least the ministries my Pastor had assigned would come and we count it a service gathering and call it a day God has made to rejoice and be gland , since it was birth of Heavenly Embassy Ministries .
Early in the morning f this Sunday 13 march 2005, the birthday of Heavenly Embassy Ministries, I made sure that I follow -up brethrens so they could attend the first church service.
To my disappointment , the much at anticipated brethren told me with no clear terms , that they can not attend the service at our new church , my maiden could not imagine what the service was going to be after such a big disappointment .
My memory flashed back at all this appointment though the cruised, that even the Pastors that t my senior pastor had assigned dot come to the crusade in his stead, had refused at no clear reason.
I did not like to remember how heavy that morning was to my heart as this mission was concerned " when you are tempted to fight back think of your coming glory," however, inside my heart, I could not accept the shame of not standing up for what God had begun, " carry yourself in the face of adversity, don't let the enemy catch you lost or discouraged," (Isa .50; 7)
So in cold mood, (a pastor without a flock), I walked to church. On my way to church ,I determined simply trot enter church , open the Bible , read one scripture and pray until the time scheduled to end the service that is from 10 am to 1 pm.
I reached church and as expected , there was no single person present , I began to evangelize to the seats which we borrowed from a nursery school next to church .After cleaning the seats , I sat down much more discouraged because I could still see no sign of any person in the 10 o'clock service .
This made me give up on the congregation and focus on prayer and after wards simply going back home. “The ability to endure hardness, wait patiently and suffer unfairly without revenge is what qualifies you for a promotion,"
MIRACLE AND EVIDENCE TO A CALL
A miracle began when at 11; 30 am two sisters arrived. That gave me courage to strongly begin the service; rather with than an empty church. My faith was saying, if I could preach to a banana plantation, what about two human beings. “Locate your place in life and fill it;
People will come to the brightness of your vision.
From two sisters, I don't know where other slowly but surely started streaming into church from. I did not acknowledge their presence as fast as possible because with tow sisters, I felt like God had answered my prayer. I realized a congregation of about 14 people in such a short time I couldn’t humanly explain.
God filled me with joy at the birth of Heavenly Embassy Ministries, when I landed on my own dad, my own two blood sisters and my grandmother came to join us at around 12 noon. I couldn’t hide my praise to the Lord.
There’s something that God does and it unties the live for something that God does and it unties the spirit and truth. From this day, all church programmers went on smoothly. “The enjoyment of success lies in not allowing yesterday to be a toxin of tomorrow."
All these disappointments built allot of "Why” questions inside of me for some days. But God was that faithful he brought me fellow villagers who in a discouraging way had compassion and they told me of the history of the village (Busega Kibumbiro)
That’s when I came to realize after my environment analysis that Busega Kibumbiro had four sorcerers that caught the atmosphere of the village and no Christians work could be established in this area including the first 7 churches that began and nowhere to be found today so I got a reason why all that happened against me and my ministry and forgiveness was made whole inside me.
Nevertheless I decided to stand in prayers and fasting until I see the greatest salvation of the Lord that proves Satan a layer.
To day I have testimony of how powerful our God stows of four sorceresses realized that the most perfect working power on the universe was the “RESURRECTION POWER OF JESUS CHRIST’’. And they gave their lives to Jesus.
The third couldn't stand the power of Jesus, so he had to vacate the village and today he's nowhere to be found. Faith says that time is yet for the fourth one in Jesus ' name .Amen!
Soon after , we organized our first conference that was held from 1 march to 8 may 2005 .God strongly began the church establishment process in miracles , sign and wonders . In this conference, a pregnant woman who used to producers only girls, our prayers were simply a favor prayer on both this lady and the baby to be born no matter how it happened; to our surprise the lady gave birth to twins (girl and a boy).
As if this was not enough, two plastic chairs were bought in these conferences, when he moved through the guest preacher to challenge, to give towards construction of the congruence us toward construction of the congregants. It surprised me a lot for such a new church to pledge, but as small as the congregation was, people raised 22,000 ug SHS .
The third couldn't stand the power of Jesus so he had to vacate the village and today he's nowhere to be found. Faith says that time is yet for the fourth one in Jesus’ name! Our God surprised us more when, He moved though the guest preacher to challenge us to give towards construction of a temporary shelter. Pledges were made by the congregants. It surprised me a lot for such anew church to pledge, but as small as the congregation was, people raised 22, 000 ug shillings into the church contraction account. It should be noted that in Uganda or Africa at large some people have a misconception that Pentecostal churches are business enterprises
That is set up with the exclusive purpose to make the pioneers rich.
So the fist attitude I had was that pledging could cause a great misunderstanding of the church’s doctrine and objectives ,hence end up destroying God’s mission of bring hope to the hopeless through me. However, in all this, god continued
His establishment process of Heavenly Embassy Ministries and it waxed strong in the word anointing and congregation. The congregation grew bigger so we immediately organized the baptism of 12 members which was awesome and successful. With people who are being baptized with the Holy Ghost.
PROVISION FOR A VISION......
Through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, We organized for the second conference which runs from 4 to September, 2005. Many people attended this conference. A boy who had ran mad because of their clan demons from the age of twelve had been brought in this conference. He was at the extent of removing clothes and he live on the street for six years. Because of God's princes in the conference, God totally derive led them and healed this younger man, .What almighty God he is.....! After this great miracle, spirit of the Lord asked me to empty the church contrition account.
This account had remained stunted ever since the first conference with 22, 000 ug shillings only I visited a pastor from Gomber at the end of the conference and sowed this seed in this church conation.”, You make other people “dream true, and yours will happen too" Through I did what the Holy Spirit he told me to do, My acceptation did not bear fruits has first has I had anticipated they would.
Our waiting for what God was to do seem in vain and we totally for got about the temple church contrition .Church programmers whet on have normal.
Woke up to the need for contrition of temple church when we realized that our first anniversary elocution on the 13 march had come crosser, and the cognation we had, Had grown beyond where were. Again, we had to invite people to our anniversary cerebration we did not have no enough space to host our visitors and also our cognation on that day of the anniversary." Vision helps you in vote with out waiting for problems. It results in cereal diction. It is the way to move your life from exclamation." We search we had urgency to act I immediately has far as the church contrition was concerned
We immediately made out budget for the temporary construction which totaled to 1, 850,000/- ug shs. This money was too little to start the construction of the church. “You can not eat the rock if you keep checking the impact on your axe.” Though much disappointed , we still decided to stand on the God's promise of reaping when we sow and so we sowed the money we had (28,00/=) into one of our neighboring churches in Busega , which at least taken a great step of faith in constructing its temporary church . "Your vision for life will be beyond your natural ability."
On the other hand, we had already invited our visitors for visitors for the 1 anniversary celebration. So we gave out the budget papers to every person present. After about 2 weeks, my associate minister, sister Faith, came to me and asked me to escort her to some places I didn't know , I was interested knowing the purpose of this journey , but she had a surprise for me . We went to the place where we found people seated in one of the rooms. They were all quiet. The owner of the office rose up, and envelope and handed it over to me.
On the top of the envelope there were words "HEAVENLY EMBASSY MINISTRIES" I got excited as I opened it was seeing. I blinked with my eyes to dispel the unbelievable, but I still saw the same thing. The next step I took was to touch and count it several times before I could say any thing, it was 1,850,000/= ug shs. "The fulfillment of dreams is not a product of circumstance, but divine connection
We all rejoiced because of God's surprise even before we got the details of how it had happened. Tears of joy immediately flowed from all of us. The office turned out to be a worshiping for some; I came back to the lady who handed me the envelope to find out the story behind this heavy miracle envelope!
The lady narrates the story. She was one of those who attended the anniversary celebrations and had been given cope of the budgets. She took the budget to him office and put it on her desk. After a while, a workmate had gone with the budget and discussed. As they were discussing, the workmate saw the budget on the table and iced it up.
While leaving, the workmate had gone with the budget, which seemed to be accidental .After two days; the workmate came with this envelope named Heavenly Embassy Ministries.” Inside was the full amount we had set down in our budget! The giver wanted to remain anonymous and had given this as condition to the one receiving the envelope for what was done was for the Glory of God. “God links people to those who look beyond charms and see the higher hand behind you." (Gen. 39; 3) we thank God such people who serve God with what they have
While setting the budget in our faith , we thought, will take some time and during that period of waiting we would be prospecting for the land where to construct a temporary church , While looking for a land , We came to a neighbor who was a born- again and a pastor. He had a big piece of land and we thought he would understand our issues and well conversant a bout challenges of the growing ministry. When we contacted this pastor, about the issue of land, unfortunately he told us to wait while he consults God about the issue. It took almost a month with out any response so we came to a decision that the pastor was not willing to release his land He just insulted us that we had no faith in God and did not know how to pray.
"False accusation and character assassination may be an indication that you are close to your next promotion." During those days we were engaged in a 21 day fasting sessions with prayer walks. We returned home disappointed but our hope was still in God who we were seeking. "Look for the finger of God in the midst of the plotting of men."
The next Sunday service was in our usual place. Adversity helps to separate “brother” who is close from your strange relations “I immediately after service, the owner of the place which we were using as a church called me and asked me why we wanted to move from that without informing him. He wanted to know where exactly we are going. "Pursue discernment and wisdom and place doors will open to you.
I assured him that we hadn't got the place yet so we couldn't tell him anything about our shifting .I told him the truth that we needed a bigger place as this is getting smaller as the congregation grew bigger. The old man continued walking with me as we chatted. After a distance, he stood still and asked me "How do you see this place for your expansion. (He was pointing to an occasion where we have the church now.) “The presence of favor, prosperity and blessing is a sign that you are where you are supposed to be."
I was excited and he continued” I was excited and he continued “It’s free of change!" Oh what a might God we serve! He went ahead and latrines I can't express the joy I experience for this great miracle God did for us. The one who did this is yet to take us to our great destiny
CHAPTER 3
Heavenly Embassy Ministries is commissioned by God to take hope to the hopeless! "Find a need and fill it, remove people's concerns, solve their problems and bring healing o their hours and fears." Theirs is the greatest mission assigned to Heavenly Embassy Ministries.
In this mission we are aiming at;
a) Clothing naked people (Matt.25; 36)
b) Visiting the sick
c) Giving meat to the hunger people
d) Visiting prisoner in the cells
e) Giving a drink to build school and medical centers James 1 ; 27, Matthew 25; 32-46, Isaiah 58;6-9 and 29;12-16
Fore all that we have gone though and achieved, this mission has been the driving force behind.”What you were created to achieve is greater than the obstacles on the way" This mission has caused us to open eyes and mind upon its perfect accomplishment to the Glory of our God who sent us.”And I am sure that he ahoy began a good work in us will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ ", Philippians 1; 6 (RSV).
TESTIMONIES
Here are the testimonies that God has done as concerning our mission, "taking hope to the hopeless",
1 A child named Musinguzi Jackson was delivered from madness cause by witchcraft done by his uncle who was jealous of his being the best student in the district and believed God .God totally delivered him went back to school and he is excelling the more .As result, \When this uncle heard about Musinguzi's miraculous deliverance, he was touched and he got saved .Glory be to God!
2 A doctor , Ms Mbawadde had severe backache , She had failed to treat herself even though she was a doctor and also taking all the best pain killers and or taking drugs, She was in great pain for a long time , all these and she still failing to get relief , She asked me (Pastor David) to pray for her. He prayed and all pain went instantly .This brought about her salvation and she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Glory is to God!
3 Once pastor was on a follow - up program of the church, when a lady came in during the time of prayers .This lady had spent 7 years in marriage without a child. She was barren. She was called; she had been smoking her pipe to keep her husband in relationships with her.
4 A lady called Amony came for counseling as her marriage was breaking up due to constant fight with the husband. She was in fear as she had placed the husband’s thing with a knife .this was her last hope of restoring her marriage again. After counseling, she regained hope and went back to her home. After one week in a prater and organized program of going back. Pastor David, her mother and herself n and another person went and found a tough situation in the home. We counseled the family and prayed. To day as we prepare this booklet, the husband formally wedded the lady and they have a happy family and God has bleed them tremendously .Glory be to God!
5 Anther lady came to the church having spent 6 months without being paid her salary. We believed God for provision and to touch the boss to pay her salary. Amazing, she was paid her 6 month and God gave her a new job with sponsoring for further studies, she was given a better post with a good salary! What a mighty God we serve. Glory is to God.
6 There was a Maker ere University student who happened to get pregnant and the father ejected her and refused to pay her tuition fees From that issue , this lady whenever she could go , she was rejected . The father could not ever look at her. She had her baby and when the child was 4 years of age and the situation had not changed, she decided to come to the church and we prayed. Immediately after, she happened to meet her Day on the street; she couldn’t imagine what her Dad welcomed her. Today the relationship is restored and he decided to take her to the university and paid her tuition fees she gave her
Life to Jesus’ Christ who cares all about her
7 Lady who got married in 2002 and since then she had never got a child She was desperate , she spent a lot of her money on consultation and medication .All treatments done on her were very expensive , Some costing unto 2 millions ug she. On Friday afternoon, after visiting the recommended doctor who diagnosed tumors on her fallopian tube and advised he to under go an operation which is to cost her to 800,000/=
On another day she went to her friend and tells her the issues she was going through as she was fed up a friend happened to be a minister in this church so she knew of God of miracles and it was the time for the week end special programmer. She advised her to come to the church for prayers the following day for her miracle she agreed, and being prayed for, back believed for a miracle God is faithful. Now she is pregnant and had not gone back for the operation recommended. She gave birth to a baby girl Glory be to God
8 There was a man called Luyinda who was without hope and abandoned his family because of deep poverty but I thank God for (Job 14;7-9) ministry which helped him to get a hope and restored his marriage now he is happy with his family
In order to be strong to touch more lives than we could individually, we need to be united together. That is partnership as like the Apostle did and touched and won many souls to Christ (acts 2; 41-45), Three thousand souls believed and they were together. (Acts 4) five thousand men believed. (Acts 5; 14 souls continued to get saved, together we can win more souls to Christ
- Is the most power full relationship on the face of the earth in that the power
Of God and the anointing flows among us in the greatest way than
Individually -
- Allow each of us to join together in anointing and do the greater job of our
Lord Jesus Christ.
- Remember , nothing is impossible when we are combined together in the
Anointing.
OPHANS AND PARENTLESS CHILDDERN
1) Orphans ;
The group of children are mainly orphans who lost their parents .Nearly the million of Ugandans have died since the out bark of the Aids epidemic and wars of Kony.
To day 1.1 millions of Ugandan children are orphans, they have lost one or both parents due to the Aids killer and wars

The children development is dependent upon love care and spiritual discipleship given by house mother, and other concerned Christians. Every week women and men from Heavenly Embassy church visit the homeless to provide food end encourage the mothers to provide attention to their children .They gave the children much needed father and mother figure and taking time to pray with them and lead them in family development . They also arrange sporting activities and special out thing for the children
“Job 14; 7-9-15: Planting to build the city of hope and a community academic, vocational and spiritual training for the children. Plans in clued schools and children camps as the children are trained academicals and spiritual, they will enter society, equipped with the necessary life skills and moral values that will enable them to make assign faint and lasting impact on the further of Ugandan and more importantly, the kingdom of God

Beloved, every time read the book of Job it challenges me because most of the time we claim what we don’t know and where they came from. Most children of God claim Job’s double position or to receive double like Job, without thinking of what caused Job to receive double position
Before Job got an attraction this was what he did :JOB 29;12-16 AND Job 31;15-20” for sure these was the cause of Job’s double position J ob said what amazes me that he was the father of the poor or needy Job 29;16
Beloved this is the time to love God’s people who are in need John3; 16-19 and remember what Apostle James said James 2; 15-16.
So let us rise up and show people the love of Christ in need and truth with little , we have to the needy around us and around the world has we can and its time to stop the thinking many of us we have that love of helping and remember what Jesus said in Mathew 25;29…. So the question is what you feel in your heart when you see God’s people in need. Because if we don’t be careful children of God we can miss the mark, don’t you remember what Jesus said in Mathew 25; 31-46?
Beloved now is the time to rise up with what we have has we can because you never know what tomorrow will bring and don’t wait for the big beginning and don’t despise the small beginnings Remember it is not who have alot or enough who wins but the one who knows how to use whatever he or she has ,
Even a journey of thousand miles begins with one step. So every thing you have can make difference to the needy around you or around the world.
